Welcome to the Compassion Module, Part Two!
On this page you’ll find links to information, meditations and practices designed to help you to learn about and develop more mindful awareness. Please explore the steps of this page in order; you’ll be introduced to Mindful Awareness, then guided through some practices so you can try it for yourself!

Step 2: Choose a meditation from the ‘heart’ section, and try it.
Step 3: Watch some of the videos in the gallery in the ‘Head’ section, read some of the articles, or listen to the podcasts.
Step 4: Explore the ‘on-the-go’ practices in the ‘hand’ section. Try to practice one of these each day this week.
Step 5: Connect with others. Sharing our experiences is a way we can support each other, build community, and deepen our understanding. Please write a discussion post about your experiences, observations, or challenges in the discussion forum, and consider responding supportively to someone else.
